Rachel is known for taking part as righteous characters in films. Rachel Weisz was born on 07th March, in the year 1971. She holds citizenship in both the United Kingdom and the United States. Weisz’s birthplace is Hampstead Garden Suburb, Westminster, (London), in England. Rachel started taking modeling lessons at a very early age of 14. She quickly became the center of attraction in media as she was asked to act in King David (biblical epic), and she rejected the offer, making headlines across the globe. Rachel has been the cover star of various fashion magazines, including Vogue, i-D, More, Vanity Fair, Esquire, Purist, and Harper’s Bazar. In 2010, Weisz was also selected by the L’Oreal team to be their global ambassador.
Rachel grew up in a very liberal household and her actions reflect on her upbringing as she was always taught to make her own opinion about things and not to blindly follow everything on this planet. She started her early days of education at the North London Collegiate School and left the school eventually. She then would go on to pursue education in the Benenden School, however only studying there for one year. She then got into the St. Paul’s Girls School and graduated with an A-level score.
Following her school life, Weisz went on to Trinity Hall (in Cambridge). She would pursue English there and graduate with an Upper-second class honors degree. Weisz was also part of a drama group during her university days (named Cambridge Talking Tongues) which also consisted of famous people like Sacha Baron Cohen and Emily Maitlis.
