Sarah Bloom Raskin is an American attorney and regulator who served as the 13th Deputy Secretary of the Treasury of the United States from 2014 to 2017. Bloom Raskin previously served on the Federal Reserve Board of Governors from 2010 to 2014.
Raskin formerly worked as an associate at Arnold & Porter and as counsel for the Senate Banking Committee. She was a managing director at Promontory Financial Group before becoming commissioner. Raskin also served as Maryland’s chief financial regulator.
