Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner, popularly known as Sting is an English who is a popular musician, singer, songwriter, and actor by profession. Rock, Pop, New Wave, post-punk, Ska, Reggae, Jazz, World, and Soft rock are some of his music Genres.
From the year 1977 to the year 1984, he used to be a bassist, songwriter, and frontman for the rock band called The Police. From the year 1985, he started his solo career and included different genres in his music. For his solo performances, he has received Grammy awards 17 times.

He completed his early schooling at St Cuthbert’s Grammar High School.
After that, he enrolled himself at the University of Warwick from where he completed his graduation. From the very beginning of his childhood, he was more interested in singing, acting, and various co-curricular activities rather than in studying.
