He completed his schooling at a local school in Solapur. After that, he completed his graduation in Bachelor of Technology in Information and Technology from the University of Mumbai.
Recently, he has won the Global Teacher’s Prize worth 1 Million dollars for promoting girl’s education and for his innovations of QR-coded textbooks in India. After winning the award Mr. Disale stated that he would share 50 percent of his winning prize with other teachers also as according to him teachers are the real change-makers in the world.

These brilliant efforts done by Ranjitsinh proved to be a reward for the school as the school was awarded the Best School for the district in the year 2016 and even the CEO of Microsoft Satya Nadela recognized his talent and appreciated him.

He was honored as the Innovative Researcher of the year in the year 2016 by the Central Government of India. He also won the National Innovation Foundation’s Innovator of the Year Award in the year 2018.
